Abstract

Papers (Oral and Poster) in the 1st International Turkish National Pediatrics Society (TNPS) Congress will be presented in English and the full texts of the oral presentations will be published as an e-book. All abstracts in our internationally organized congress will be included in the Congress E-Booklet in English. The congress language is Turkish and English. English - Turkish and Turkish - English translation service will be available in all halls throughout the congress. Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board and acceptance or rejection letters and presentation format (oral/poster) will be sent to the applicants until October 20, 2024. The deadline for submission of abstracts is September 16, 2024 and abstracts submitted after this date will not be evaluated. The proceedings will be published on the website after the congress.

In order to complete the congress registration process, the registration request must be notified to the congress organizer company and the registration fee must be deposited to the specified bank account number. For detailed information about registration, please see the "Registration and Accommodation" section of our website. Participants whose papers are accepted must complete their registration until October 9, 2024.

In order for poster papers to be presented in the E-poster module during the congress, full text submissions must be completed until November 4, 2024 via the online submission system.


POINTS THAT WRITERS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO
  • At the 68th Turkish National Pediatrics Congress, the papers will be presented in Turkish, and at the 1st International Turkish National Pediatrics Association Congress, the papers will be presented in English.
  • The final decision on the presentation format (oral or poster presentation) belongs to the scientific committee.
  • The abstract should not exceed 400 words. It should be written without errors (over 400 words will not be accepted by the system).
  • Abbreviations should not be used in titles. Rules regarding the spelling of titles, author names and institutions are given in the online system.
  • While writing the names of the authors, their place of work, institution and province, long addresses and titles should not be written.
  • Abstract should be written in the order of Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion.
  • Abbreviations other than those in the international system should not be used.
  • Acceptance or rejection letters will be sent to your e-mail address. You can also follow the results via the online abstract submission system.
