*Non-Sponsorship Company Representative:

• A company representative cannot be registered alone. The company representative who wants to participate without any sponsorship must provide 5 physician sponsorships in addition to the registration fee.

An external participant fee will be applied to participants who do not stay in congress hotels through the organization secretariat.

To benefit from the services within the hotel concept between 09:00-18:00 on the specified days between 20-24 November 2024;

2% city tax and 10% VAT will be added to accommodation fees.

• Check-in to the hotel is on 20 November 2024 at 14:00, and departure is on 24 November 2024 at 12:00. Our guests who want to extend their hotel departure time can extend their room by paying an additional fee to the registration desk. Assistance will be provided depending on the hotel's availability.
• Accommodation at the hotel is 4 nights, and the package price will be the same for shorter nights. The package price cannot be split.
• For our guests staying in side accommodation hotels;
  - Can benefit from the facilities specified in the external participation fee of the main congress until 18:00.
  - Our guests staying in side accommodation hotels after 18:00 must go to their own hotels.
  - Breakfast and dinner must be taken at the hotel where you stay.

Transfer

Transfer fees are valid for airport - congress center - airport transfers, which will be carried out collectively, with arrival on 20 November 2024 and return on 24 November 2024. If you request a private transfer or a transfer outside these dates, you must contact NETKON.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARTICIPANTS:

•While making payments, it is neccessary to include the meeting code CODE: 24011 in the payment description for tracking purposes.
•Along with the payment receipt, please make sure to provide your Name-Surname, ID number, and contact information (for the invoice that will be sent to you after the meeting and for tracking your registration).
•All this information, along with the payment receipt, should be sent via fax or e-mail to info@millipediatri2024.org, and confirmation must be obtained.

Cancellation Conditions

• For cancellations made until April 27, 2024, the entire payment received will be refunded.
• For cancellations made between 28 April - 29 June 2024, 50% of the payment received will be refunded.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made after June 30, 2024.
• All requests must be notified in writing to the organization company.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
• Postponement of our congress to 2025 or a different year due to Covid-19 or another global pandemic or virtual
If it is carried out as follows, the total amount paid by the company will be determined for the congress to be held.
It will be deducted from the total sponsorship based on the current prices. Cancel the company's participation
In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions of that day will apply.
